Abstract:In the modern social crisis management system, TV news dissemination has become an important force that cannot be ignored in national emergency management. In the response to the new corona pneumonia epidemic, as an authoritative news and speech program for disseminating opinions and ideas, CCTV's "News 1+1" quick response, exclusive interviews, and rational interpretations, and coordination with the government have achieved topic resonance and topic evolution in the process of crisis management. The mainstream media played an important role in finalizing, leading the direction and gathering strength in the spread of major crisis events. This article takes the 107th issue of "News 1+1" as the research object during the epidemic, and uses Steven Fink's four stages of crisis communication as the framework to analyze the collaborative crisis management through agenda setting and public opinion guidance and public opinion guidance and control. At the same time, it is found that the program is inadequate in crisis early warning and supervision agenda dimension. It is necessary to improve the media emergency linkage mechanism, enhance the grand vision, strengthen the professionalism, and form the largest joint force for the media to participate in the coordinated governance of government crisis.
