Intelligent community governance is not only an important part of promoting the modernization of social governance, but also a solid support to improve the capacity of public health emergency management. Since the outbreak of covid-19, a major public health emergency, the intelligent system of community governance in some provinces and cities has played a crucial role in supporting the community to have precise management and control personnel, allocate resources accurately and help enterprises to resume work and production. However, it also exposed some operational difficulties, such as insufficient intelligent thinking, imperfect software system, lagged entity platform construction, data sharing to be strengthened, weak support and guarantee. It is urgent to strengthen the party's leadership, strengthen the concept of intelligent thinking, improve the virtual platform, build a strong physical platform, promote data sharing, strengthen the mechanism guarantee, and improve the intelligent level of community governance, so as to achieve healthy development. The national public health emergency management system will promote the construction of national governance system and the modernization of governance capacity.
