    摘要:

    智能时代,技术的爆炸式发展导致用户创新能力不足的问题日益凸显。文章基于扎根理论的研究框架,通过文献编码分析,得到各个范畴之间的逻辑关系,将用户创新能力划分为个人心理能力、个人技术能力和社会制度能力,并据此构建了用户创新能力的结构关系模型。其中,社会制度能力作为实现用户创新的非物质基础和制度保障,个人心理能力和个人技术能力分别作为用户创新的心理保障和技术保障,共同驱动着用户创新行为的发生,且此影响过程还受到创新自我效能的部分中介作用。

    Abstract:

    The explosive development of technology in the intelligent era has led to the problem of insufficient innovation ability of users. Based on the research framework of grounded theory, to this paper obtains the logical relationship among various categories through literature coding analysis, divides user innovation ability into personal psychological ability, personal technical ability and social institutional ability. Based on this,a structural relationship model of user innovation ability is constructed. Among them, social institutional capacity serves as the non-material basis and institutional guarantee for user innovation,and personal psychological ability and personal technical ability serve as the psychological guarantee and technical guarantee for user innovation,respectively,and jointly drive the occurrence of user innovation. This influence process is also partially mediated by innovation self-efficacy.
